Place Value 

This term we started our maths learning with ‘Place value’. The children were consolidating their learning around hundreds, tens and ones and now moving onto thousands. We have been using place value counters and grids to help see the makeup of different numbers.

Rotten Romans

In Creative Curriculum we have been looking at ‘Rotten Romans’. We have been learning all about Roman mosaics and have designed our own. We have started the process of making our own mosaics.
